20160726_102230The Look: The first impression is a teal-like dark green, but on closer inspection there’s a maelstrom of colors, not separate enough to be individually discernible. The buckle on the top strap is real but serves only to adjust the snugness on that particular strap and doesn’t affect the fit so much as to be nearly a cosmetic accoutrement. The straps at the back of the foot and around the ankle draw attention to the bare arch/instep area, closed off by those across the toes. A 4″ stiletto heel adds the finishing touch.

The Fit: It’s a half size up and by the snugness of the toe straps, it certainly needs to be since a wider width isn’t available. That also leaves it a little too much shoe beyond the toes as the ankle straps are close enough to prevent sliding further downward and having any extra room at the heel.

Comfort: As if a 4″ stiletto wasn’t enough to make a shoe limited in where to wear it, that snugness in the toes adds to the issue. Beautiful shoe for a dinner date.
